Why NHS 24 Ask for Equal Opportunities Monitoring Information
NHS 24 ask candidates to provide us with their equal opportunities information so that we can ensure that we are targeting our recruitment campaigns at all sectors of the community. If candidates do not complete the forms we have no way of knowing where the gaps are in our campaigns and which people we are failing to attract.
The information is not used for anything other than monitoring and is removed from application forms as soon as they arrive with NHS 24. The information is then processed anonymously, so that the detail cannot be linked back to a
